Filo Prawns King prawns wrapped in filo pastry and served with a sweet chilli sauce
Chef's Barbary Duck and Chicken Liver Parfait Served with a toasted butter brioche & cumquat marmalade
Oak Smoked Salmon Served on a nest of rocket with a wedge of lemon and a light horseradish and creè fraîche dip
Mozarella Salad Sliced tomato and mozarella drizzled with fresh basil dressing
